Victory Onuma extended their advantage in the 61st minute with a powerful long range strike. Despite Osun Babes’ efforts, including earning a penalty in the 75th minute, they were unable to capitalize as Kafayat Bashiru missed the spot kick in the 78th minute.

Ibom Angels held firm defensively, securing their place back in the top flight after being relegated in 2021. This promotion marks their second successful return to the NWFL Premiership, following a similar achievement in 2022.
